Enterprise Application Administrator - Global IT

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Administration of key business applications, especially SAP Business ByDesign ERP as well as HubSpot CRM and integrations
• User training, support and issue resolution for users especially in Finance and HR areas
• Technical support, authorization management and release management
• Training helpdesk and other IT staff to provide Tier 1 support on these applications as well
• Requirement definition and application configuration for improvements with key users
• Project management for application implementation, testing and upgrade, including managing vendors and service partners
Requirements:
• Application administration and management experience of at least 3 years
• Experience with SAP ByDesign (strongly preferred) or other ERP system
• Strong analytical and issue resolution skills
• Strong organizational skills; project management experience beneficial
• Communicative and enthusiastic with team spirit
• Computer science degree or comparable qualification preferred
