ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Â
- Install new Organ Care Systems at organ transplant centers
- Travel 50% of the time to the leading organ transplant centers in the North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia
- Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence during visits, including preventive maintenance
- Process returned materials on-siteÂ
- Complete reports and documentation for service activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Enter data from the completed service activities into the required databases in timely manner
- Train to generate and improve service procedures and forms
- Maintain test equipment utilized in service activities
- Participate in evaluation and interviewing of other potential developer candidates

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ experience providing field service for complex medical systems in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated ability to assemble and disassemble highly complex electromechanical systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and trouble shooting skills of complex electromechanical devices
- Outstanding customer interaction skills with a demonstrated track record dealing with hospital customers in a positive and professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Computer skills include Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be reliable and able to work independently
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Physical ability to uncrate and crate medical systems and to lift service tool kits (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must have track record of managing high volume international travel schedule and have the ability to travel both internationally and domestically upon short notice, and be available nights and weekends
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
- Must have valid driver's license and valid passport
- Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus
