Summary of essential job functions
- Daily processing of A/P invoices; including PO, receiving, approval and payments.
- Weekly processing of company checks and follow through to signing and mailing.
- Maintain vendor files and information.
- Prepare A/P documents for imaging and record keeping.
- Maintain and process company credit card payments, receipts and reconciliation including Concur Expense Pay.
- Provide assistance as necessary to A/P supervisor with regards to Duty Draw Back.
- Other A/P related duties as assigned.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s ISO 9001 procedures and perform duties within the scope of these procedures.
