Main points:
- World class WMS implementation – intimately engaged, super user, primary contributor to future state warehouse operation.
- We are beginning our Lean Transformation Journey - $250K state grant – lots of training and project work – fun stuff.
- Logistics and freight skills and knowledge
- Direct people management responsibilities – 15-20 warehouse direct labor.
Need to have:
- Confident attitude with inter-personal skills, not conflict adverse
- Strong problem solver, ability to identify root cause of an issue
- Analytical mindset, detail oriented
- Ability to manage priorities
- Project management capability
- A nice to have would be Lean/Lean Six Sigma understanding/training
