Title: Call Center Representative

Compensation, Benefits, and Employment Type
- Duration: Temp-to-perm
- Pay rate: $18/hr (up to $1,500 in bonuses!)
- Job Location: Bedford, MA (100% onsite)
- 1st shift: 9am – 6pm, 1 hour lunch, M-F
- 2nd shift: 1pm – 9pm, 1 hour lunch, M-F

- $500 sign-on bonus at 4 mos, AND
- $500 retention bonus at 8 mos, OR,
- $1000 at 6 mos for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients and give a high level of customer service while maintaining a satisfactory response rate according to company standards.
- Retrieve voice messages from mailbox and return patient calls within 24 hours; research inquiry if needed.
- Respond to patient requests by telephone, fax or email; review requests, provide information requested or determine who can best provide appropriate information and route the request to the proper person.
- Provide patients with their claim balance as requested.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication, data entry and customer service skills required.
- 6+ months of high-volume call center experience preferred (not required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred (not required).
- Previous experience with medical billing and codes preferred (not required)
