Duties:
- Oversee all employees in the ED Billing department
- Monitor training of all new hires
- Resolve any department issues with the Billing Supervisor
- Develop new processes and reinforcing of existing processes
- Responsible for updating staff of any new client information
- Monitor appropriate work load of staff and staff productivity
- Review all current and new employee audits 8. Assign work to staff and ensure completion
