You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to ensure timely claim submission; monitoring and retrieval of 835, and placement of reports. This Role:

- Analyze current workflow to make recommendations for process improvement
- Manage staff workload and productivity
Qualifications:

Required:
- Two to three years related experience with prior supervisory and EDI experience
- Knowledge in electronic file processing
- Ability to track and resolve EDI production system problems
- Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
