- Location: Vista, CA
- Pay: $20–$25/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Duration: 5+ month contract with potential to extend
- Start: ASAP – interviews and offers move quickly
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate and set up manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Clean and maintain production equipment and workspaces to strict cGMP standards
- Monitor processing parameters (pH, weights, filtration, etc.)
- Accurately document everything in real-time during production runs
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols while working with plasma-derived pharmaceutical products
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
- Machine operation experience in a cleanroom is required
- GMP experience is a huge plus — but not a deal-breaker
- High school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Comfortable lifting/pushing up to 50 lbs and working on your feet
- Able to work in cold environments and follow gowning procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Basic computer and math skills; mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-first mindset
