People Experience Coordinator

Duties:
We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken People Experience Coordinator to join our HR Connect team. They will help guide new employees through their first year. The responsibilities of the People Experience Coordinator include conducting orientations and training, maintaining websites, and writing communications to help new hires learn the company culture, policies, and gathering the necessary paperwork.

Skills:

  • Providing a first-class genuine new hire experience that optimizes for long-term relationships.
  • Owns the guides that detail Juniper New Hire Journeys for new and terminating employees and hiring managers for all regions.
  • Maintaining the Onboarding/Offboarding Portal and Employee Journeys in HRIS/Intranet Managing the email communications to new hires and hiring managers ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant, and convey purpose, our culture and commitment to D&I.
  • Assisting existing employees with individual contributor-to-manager onboarding.
  • Respond to internal or external onboarding-related inquiries from offer-accept to 1st year anniversary.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
  • Experience onboarding new employees.
  • Experience using a case management system (i.e. Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Good working knowledge of HR practices.
