Position summary:

You will need to perform all quality testing for the pouch-making process and comply with the manufacturing schedule while maintaining a safe and orderly workplace. Qualifications required:
- Attention to detail.
- Quality oriented
- Organized and thorough
- Willing and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to be a team player.
- Some computer skills helpful
- Must have some mechanical aptitude.
- Previous experience running and setting production machinery.
- Operate pouch making machine.
- Assists Sr. Leads with all set up activities.
- Perform minor adjustments to machinery to ensure product quality.
- Work closely with Pouch Making Testers to ensure product quality.
- Assists on product changeovers and covers breaks and lunches as needed.
- Report any potential food safety, legality, quality, or food defense concerns to the plant manager or quality personnel.
- This is a Safety Sensitive Position
