Position Summary:
Working shift lead for pouch-making equipment. You will be expected to give directions and monitor pouch-making operators. You will need to adjust your machine to ensure product quality. You will need to perform all quality testing for the pouch-making process and comply with the manufacturing schedule while maintaining a safe and orderly workplace. You will need to effectively communicate with your team as well as the other shifts. Current openings are on the 2nd and 3rd shift.

- Job Location: West Bridgewater, MA
- Schedule: 2nd shift 2p-10:30p Monday through Friday | 3rd shift 10:00p to 6:30a Sunday through Thursday

Position Summary:

Qualifications required:

- Willing and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to be a team player.
- Some computer skills helpful
- Must have some mechanical aptitude.
- Previous experience running and setting production machinery.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
- Operate pouch making machine.
- Assists Sr. Leads with all set up activities.
- Perform minor adjustments to machinery to ensure product quality.
- Work closely with Pouch Making Testers to ensure product quality.
- Assists on product changeovers and covers breaks and lunches as needed.
- Report any potential food safety, legality, quality, or food defense concerns to the plant manager or quality personnel.
- This is a Safety Sensitive Position
