- Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 7am – 3:30pm

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble small parts at a work station as specified by the Production Work Instructions (APs)
- Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications
- Works closely with Production Supervisor to complete work orders and achieve Omni Build Certifications, where applicable.
- Responsible for keeping the personal Omni Build Certification sheet up to date.
- Keep personal work station clean, organized, and free of clutter
- Contribute to the general cleanliness of the Production area by performing weekly cleaning tasks, as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
- Performs tasks associated with the resolution of Change Requests, as directed by the Production Supervisor and or Operations Manager
- Make recommendations on process and material improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Some college experience preferred
- Basic computing skills; Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite
- Soldering experience preferred
- Basic assembly skills require
- Skilled at repetitive motion and accuracy
- Must be able to follow detailed work instructions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Positive attitude with an ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Customer focused
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Sitting, standing, and bending for long periods of time
- Lifting and/or moving of up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
