  • Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble small parts at a work station as specified by the Production Work Instructions (APs)
  • Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications
  • Works closely with Production Supervisor to complete work orders and achieve Omni Build Certifications, where applicable.
  • Responsible for keeping the personal Omni Build Certification sheet up to date.
  • Keep personal work station clean, organized, and free of clutter
  • Contribute to the general cleanliness of the Production area by performing weekly cleaning tasks, as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
  • Performs tasks associated with the resolution of Change Requests, as directed by the Production Supervisor and or Operations Manager
  • Make recommendations on process and material improvements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Some college experience preferred
  • Basic computing skills; Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite
  • Soldering experience preferred
  • Basic assembly skills require
  • Skilled at repetitive motion and accuracy
  • Must be able to follow detailed work instructions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with an ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Customer focused

  • Sitting, standing, and bending for long periods of time
  • Lifting and/or moving of up to 50 lbs.
  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
