Responsible for supporting and reporting out of the SNA Quality Management system. Performs reviews and specific quality related function with the organizations quality program.

Responsibilities:
- Reviews, updates and provides trends analysis related to the corrective and preventive action systems.
- Reviews internal audit schedule, helps schedule and conduct internal audits for the organization.
- Reviews, updates and provides trend analysis related to the internal audit systems.
- Works with the departments to review and update the ViFlow processes(Quality system)
- Work with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering in RCCA efforts using A3 and 8D problem solving.
- Help department to coordinate training for changes to the quality system.
- Work with Sales regarding customer satisfaction data collection, reporting and provide trend analysis.
- Conduct in process quality product audits to ensure requirements are being met.
- Support both Massachusetts and New Jersey locations with approximately 15% travel involved.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality or Compliance
- 3-5+ year’s working in an ISO9001:2015 quality system
- SAP experience a plus
- Experience in conducting quality audits
- Strong interpersonal skills and facilitation capabilities
- Process oriented
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Manufacturing experience, preferably in the defense and/or aerospace industry
- The job holder must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
