Research Manager
The firm seeks a Research Manager to join the global Research and Knowledge Management team. The Research Manager is responsible for a broad range of research tasks and KPI tracking.
Roles and Responsibilities
- End to end management of research requests from consulting staff including intake, output, and metrics measurement
- Act as Regional team lead supporting the America's and Europe research team
- Coordination of a regional team of research analysts
- Communication and business relationships with data providers, help project teams to get access to the data and information they need
- Work with a variety of databases to provide information and data for client projects and business development
- Development of training content for both research and consulting staff
- Driving research initiatives within the company
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field (information science, library science, information management)
- 3-5 years of experience in related function within a consulting or professional services firm
- Self-starting, flexible, comfortable working autonomously while appreciating collaboration
- Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to interact with employees at all levels and all functions of the company
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and execution skills
