Compensation, Benefits, and Employment Type

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST time zone.
  • Location: New England territory (travel to sites in MA, NH, VT, ME, CT, RI, and Upstate NY). Must reside within 100 miles of Boston, MA.

Your Role in Transforming Oncology Care
As a Senior Medical Science Liaison, you’ll be at the forefront of medical and scientific exchange, fostering relationships with thought leaders and healthcare providers. Your expertise will drive innovation and education, ensuring the best outcomes for patients and healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge and sustain relationships with thought leaders and healthcare providers, acting as a trusted scientific resource.
  • Deliver compliant, evidence-based responses to medical inquiries and facilitate discussions on off-label topics.
  • Represent the organization at high-profile scientific conferences, medical meetings, and educational events.
  • Guide and support Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) and Company Sponsored Studies (CSS).
  • Train expert speakers, lead impactful presentations, and facilitate advisory boards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, research teams, and external stakeholders to execute medical strategies.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • Education: Doctoral degree (MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, DPT, or equivalent).
  • Experience: 7–8 years in MSL roles, with a focus on oncology. Experience in product launches and medical affairs projects preferred.
  • Skills: Strong scientific expertise in oncology/hematology, excellent communication and project management abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory and market dynamics.

Travel Requirements
  • 60% travel across the New England region. Most travel is local, ensuring a manageable and enriching professional schedule.
