We’re looking for a Supervisor, Cash Management to join a dynamic healthcare revenue cycle team on a 6-month contract and hit the ground running.
This is an immediate opportunity to step into a key leadership role—supervising staff, partnering with offshore teams, and serving as a right-hand to the department manager. If you’ve got cash posting experience, team management skills, and a sharp eye for compliance, this one’s for you.
- Lead and supervise a team of cash posters, analysts, and reconciliation specialists
- Oversee daily workflows and maintain optimal cash flow operations
- Partner with international teams (LogixHealth India) to ensure consistent performance
- Provide coverage and support to the Manager when needed
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve team-related issues
- Train and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to company and compliance standards
- Champion process improvements and foster a collaborative, efficient work culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior cash posting experience strongly preferred
- Supervisory experience a big plus
- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to lead, train, and inspire a team while maintaining compliance
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Location: Bedford, MA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
- Pay Rate: $34/hr (W2)
- Contract: Up to 6 months
