Talent Management Specialist

 

The Talent Management Specialist – Contract Position will be a 6-to-9-month position reporting to Senior Manager, Talent Management who’s responsible for design, development, and execution of initiatives & programs for employees, managers, and leaders (at all levels) around the globe. This manager works closely with Talent Management team to develop and implement programs and solutions for employee growth and development initiatives.

Our programs focus on employee development, culture change, leadership development, and change management to ultimately deliver on our business strategy. This TM Specialist drives contemporary solutions virtually and with an approach relevant for evolved working needs. This role will focus on implementing employee growth and development initiatives, enabling the talent marketplace platform, and supporting change management plans.

We are open to US based candidates with the right experience and fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Project manage and oversee delivery and execution of new and existing Talent Management initiatives.
  • Use data to propose programmatic improvements and drive implementation.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure program outcomes are on track and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Continuously grow personal knowledge of industry trends and be able to see around the corners to the needs of the future workforce.
  • Think and act strategically and tactically through planning and execution, with strong proactive communications and ongoing change management.
  • Embody the company Way, modeling our values for leaders and all employees in a way that demonstrates our stated culture.
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables related to the internal talent marketplace platform.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS in related field desired
  • 3-5 years of related experience required, in a global, large organization
  • Experience with internal marketplace platforms is ideal
  • Acute awareness of and attention to detail and quality
  • Exceptional project and program management skills: experience working/leading more than one project at a time
  • Proven ability to solve problems independently and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal clients and team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very strong computer skills and ability to pick up new technologies quickly
  • High-level of proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other human capital tools (Oracle HCM)
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multicultural environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are required
  • Initiative and flexibility are a must!
