Description:
Are you detail-obsessed, Excel-savvy, and looking for a role where your organizational skills really matter? We’re partnering with a cutting-edge life sciences company on a high-impact project—and they need six talented professionals to join the team immediately.

These roles offer the unique opportunity to support the validation of nearly 300 critical freezers. Your mission: help keep things compliant, consistent, and moving. If you’re analytical, methodical, and eager to contribute to a mission that supports life-saving science, this could be your next big move.

Why This Role Stands Out:
  • 6 positions available — great chance to join with peers
  • Hybrid flexibility once trained
  • Strong compensation at $35–$40/hour
  • Highly visible project with room to stand out and make a difference

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting the evaluation and validation of processes, systems, and equipment across multiple donor centers
  • Managing and organizing large sets of Excel data — attention to detail is everything here
  • Reviewing validation documentation for accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance (FDA, cGMP)
  • Writing and executing validation test cases, summarizing findings, and contributing to formal reports
  • Interacting cross-functionally with Field Quality, QA, and Operations teams
  • Tracking and trending system failures, customer complaints, and corrective actions
  • Ensuring equipment calibration schedules are met and maintained
  • Working on-site full time initially, then transitioning to a hybrid schedule post-training

We’re Looking For People Who Are:
  • Exceptionally organized, with the ability to juggle multiple spreadsheets and data sets with ease
  • Able to recognize patterns, spot inconsistencies, and identify small (but important) errors
  • Self-motivated and capable of applying learned procedures to new challenges without hand-holding
  • Quick learners who are comfortable with the repetitive nature of data review, and who bring consistency to the table
  • Effective communicators — both written and verbal — who can work well in cross-functional environments

Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Excel skills (Power BI is a huge plus)
  • Familiarity with cGMP and quality system regulations
  • Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail
  • Experience working in office, lab, or manufacturing environments

Work Environment:
  • Office-based with occasional exposure to labs and manufacturing floors
  • Cold environments (below 32°F), high noise levels, and use of PPE
  • Light lifting (up to 50 lbs), sitting for extended periods, and repetitive movements

Background Requirements:
Full compliance background screening including education and employment verification, federal and state criminal checks, and government sanction lists.

This project is a critical piece of a larger operational puzzle, and our client is looking for professionals who take pride in quality, consistency, and accountability. If you’re up for a challenge and ready to dive into a role where your precision will directly impact patient safety and regulatory success — we’d love to hear from you.
