Responsibilities:

• Maintains and organizes stockroom by ensuring proper placement of parts and newly arrived goods
• Enter documentation for all incoming materials into E2 system
• Executes daily Stockroom operations
• Eliminates non-usable items
• Solves inconsistencies between inventory and stock records
• Cycle counting
• Communicate with Purchasing department on material arrival
• Creates kits for Production
• Assist shipping department as needed and handle any issues that arise with receiving
• Properly account for the location of all incoming goods

• Retail or Stockroom experience preferred

• Ability to lift and/or move heavy items up to approximately 40lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly organized
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Stock Room operation
• Knowledge for process approach, risk management, continuous improvement and ISO 9001 quality management system (preferred)
• Detail oriented/multitask skills/Prioritize
