Description:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Contract Manager to support a global R&D organization within Clinical Development Operations. This role plays a critical part in managing clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and related contracts, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely execution across global studies.

You’ll act as a key liaison between clinical operations, legal, and external partners—helping drive contract strategy and operational excellence across a complex, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Clinical Contract Management
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements and related contracts
  • Partner with clinical teams, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure contracts are executed effectively
  • Oversee contract lifecycle activities including execution, tracking, renewals, and close-out
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters with service providers and sites
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  • Escalate high-risk contractual issues as needed

Operations & Process Improvement
  • Support development and enhancement of contract templates, tools, and processes
  • Partner with legal and cross-functional teams to ensure proper governance and controls
  • Drive consistency and efficiency across global contract management processes
  • Support training initiatives and process standardization across teams

Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and Compliance
  • Facilitate communication of contract status and updates to project teams
  • Support global collaboration across multiple regions and functional groups

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical trial contract management
  • Strong experience reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions
  • Experience working with global clinical trials and country-specific requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background
  • Paralegal or legal support experience
  • Experience supporting R&D or clinical development teams
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements (CTAs)
