Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Product Delivery Lead to drive strategic Data & AI initiatives supporting Research & Development (R&D) and Medical organizations within a global biopharmaceutical environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technology leader with experience delivering enterprise data products, managing cross-functional teams, and partnering with scientific stakeholders to accelerate data-driven innovation. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of Data & AI initiatives—from strategy and roadmap development through delivery, adoption, and ongoing product evolution.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Data & AI teams, R&D, Medical, and IT business partners.
  • Develop and manage strategic Data & AI product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead the delivery of enterprise Data & AI initiatives from concept through production.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable data solutions.
  • Build and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage product vision, backlog, prioritization, and lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
  • Oversee MVP development, product scaling, governance, security, and operational readiness.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and executive communications throughout project delivery.
  • Support enterprise data governance, master data initiatives, and data quality efforts.
  • Lead organizational change management, including communications, training, and user adoption strategies.
  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience leading Data & AI products, platforms, or enterprise data initiatives.
  • Experience supporting R&D and/or Medical organizations within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Strong background in Data & Analytics project and portfolio management.
  • Experience leading Agile software development and product delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
