We are seeking an experienced Global Medical Reviewer to join a leading biopharmaceutical company. This is a 6-month, remote contract role supporting the Global Medical Strategy & Operations team, reporting directly to the Executive Director, GMSA Strategy, Effectiveness, & Operations.

- Serve as the Medical Reviewer for MMRT and CRC, ensuring all materials are medically accurate, balanced, compliant, and aligned with company policies and regulations
- Review a wide range of materials including promotional and non-promotional content, social media posts, press releases, and investor decks
- Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, GMSA, and Commercial teams to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Support medical strategy leads on content development, ensuring scientific accuracy and integrity
- Utilize Veeva Medcom/PromoMats to manage and track materials efficiently
- Attend review meetings and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders
- Stay current on FDA regulations and industry standards impacting medical and promotional content
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD) in health or biological sciences required
- 7–8 years of relevant experience with 5–6 years in medical communications or medical review
- Proven track record reviewing field medical materials, congress presentations, medical information content, and promotional materials
- Expertise with Veeva PromoMats/Medcom or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Location: Remote – must be able to work PST or EST hours
- Pay Rate: Up to $96/hr
- Start Date: ASAP
