We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller / D365 Warehouse Operations professional to support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume shipping environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Warehouse Management/WMS experience who enjoys troubleshooting operational issues, improving warehouse processes, and serving as a go-to resource for ERP and fulfillment activities.

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller / D365 Warehouse Operations professional to support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume shipping environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Warehouse Management/WMS experience who enjoys troubleshooting operational issues, improving warehouse processes, and serving as a go-to resource for ERP and fulfillment activities.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 warehouse and fulfillment processes
- Identify and resolve domestic and international order processing and fulfillment issues
- Monitor daily shipping activity and proactively address incomplete, delayed, or blocked orders
- Replenish inventory in shipping and picking locations to maintain operational throughput
- Monitor and adjust replenishment parameters and inventory levels
- Support inventory management and warehouse process improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, inventory, and other cross-functional teams
- Help train, motivate, and support warehouse staff
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and develop practical solutions
- Communicate effectively with managers and teammates across the organization
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, preferably with D365 Warehouse Management/WMS
- 4+ years of warehouse experience, ideally within a high-volume shipping and distribution environment
- Experience with inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and warehouse processes
- Experience identifying and resolving order, inventory, and fulfillment issues
- Experience leading, training, and motivating warehouse employees
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Ability to analyze problems, gather information, establish facts, and develop sound solutions
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
