Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Commercial Finance to join a global organization’s Commercial Finance team in a high-visibility role supporting the Americas commercial leadership organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic finance professional who enjoys business partnering, financial analysis, forecasting, and working cross-functionally with senior leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Americas Regional Vice President and commercial leadership teams.
- Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis across multiple business lines.
- Develop and manage driver-based forecasts and provide P&L insights to support business decisions.
- Identify and quantify financial risks and opportunities and proactively communicate impacts to senior leadership.
- Conduct in-depth P&L, price, volume, mix, cost, variance, and trend analysis.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Partner with commercial, operations, and finance teams on strategic planning and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, efficiency, and internal controls.
- Support alignment between financial forecasts and SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning).
- Manage and develop one direct report.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior business leaders.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial finance or finance business partnering.
- Strong experience partnering with cross-functional and senior business leadership.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, FCC, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with driver-based forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
Preferred:
- Experience in a global, multicultural organization.
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion (HFM/Essbase), Business Objects, or similar financial systems.
- Prior people-management experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or finance-specific AI platforms to improve financial processes.
