Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with oncology expertise to join a leading biopharmaceutical organization. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of science, medicine, and strategy—driving meaningful scientific exchange with healthcare providers and thought leaders across the New England territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a field-based scientific expert, engaging healthcare providers and thought leaders on oncology/hematology products and pipeline assets.
- Provide clinical and scientific information in response to inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulatory and medical standards.
- Support investigator-initiated and company-sponsored studies through site identification and collaboration.
- Collect and communicate scientific insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Represent the organization at scientific meetings, congresses, and continuing education events.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to drive medical strategy and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in a scientific discipline (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, DPT, Nursing, or equivalent).
- 3+ years of Oncology Medical Science Liaison experience (GI Oncology experience preferred).
- Proven ability to develop scientific relationships with thought leaders and healthcare providers.
- Strong knowledge of oncology/hematology therapeutic landscapes and compliance guidelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Must be based in Greater Boston/Central MA with ability to travel frequently (50–70%).
Preferred Experience:
- GI Oncology expertise
- Familiarity with clinical research processes and medical communications best practices
