We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development professional to partner with leaders across the organization to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational capability. This role serves as a trusted advisor, skilled facilitator, and coach, helping leaders and teams navigate change, build capability, and improve organizational effectiveness. The position partners closely with HR colleagues, HR Business Partners, and leaders to design and deliver leadership and organizational development initiatives that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and team development sessions for employees and leaders at all levels.
- Provide coaching to managers and leaders to support leadership effectiveness, transitions, and professional growth.
- Manage the full lifecycle of leadership, professional development, and organizational development initiatives, from needs assessment and design through delivery and evaluation.
- Develop integrated leadership development programs that combine instructor-led learning, virtual learning, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job development.
- Administer leadership and organizational assessments and translate results into actionable development plans and program improvements.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify development needs, research best practices, evaluate external solutions, and source learning content.
- Design and implement organizational effectiveness initiatives that improve team performance and organizational capability.
- Support broader HR programs and initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership, professional development, and organizational development programs.
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating workshops and leadership programs for a variety of audiences and organizational levels.
- Comfortable balancing strategic consulting with hands-on facilitation, coaching, and program delivery.
- Experience influencing leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to implement programs and initiatives, including budget planning.
- Experience leading organizational development and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including change management efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with leadership and organizational assessments, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Professional coaching credential (ICF or similar).
- Experience providing one-on-one leadership coaching using a recognized coaching framework (such as GROW).
- Experience supporting leadership and organizational development within a technology, engineering, scientific, or research-driven environment.
- Experience designing and delivering virtual and blended learning solutions using platforms such as Zoom, SharePoint, LinkedIn Learning, or similar technologies.
- Experience integrating classroom learning with coaching, mentoring, and experiential learning.
- Certifications in leadership or organizational assessment tools such as DISC, Hogan, or 360-degree assessments.
Additional Information
- Hybrid schedule with approximately three days onsite per week, with additional onsite presence as needed to support program delivery.
- Work will be split between two local office locations based on business needs.
- An interim security clearance is sufficient to begin employment.
- Interview process includes an initial Zoom interview, a second-round Zoom interview, and a final Zoom interview that includes a 20–25 minute presentation with HR leadership.
Required Experience Summary

- 5+ years designing and facilitating workshops, team sessions, and leadership programs.
- 5+ years influencing leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
- 5+ years working with leadership assessments, LMS, and HRIS platforms.
- 5+ years managing project timelines, milestones, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience providing one-on-one leadership coaching using a recognized coaching framework.
- Experience designing and implementing online or blended learning solutions.
