Job Title: Quality Clinic Technician
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr.
Location: Danvers
Duration: Temp to perm OR Direct Hire
Shift: M-F 1st shift 6-2:30, 7-3:30 or 8-4:30

Job Summary:
- Oversee duties with RMA, DMR, stock rotation and Calibration
- Initiates failure investigation of non-conforming material
- Develop and maintain Metrics for the above-mentioned duties
- Under limited supervision, oversees duties associated with Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and Discrepant Material Reports (DMR)
- Duties include receiving of RMAs, creation of DMRs, and facilitating the dispositioning process.
- Assist engineering with the evaluation of discrepant materials including testing, measuring and microscope screening.
- Read and interpret Engineering drawings. Use standard basic and intermediate measuring devices
- Be able to check dimensions in English and metric
- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office of business software. MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to be consistently accurate and detail oriented
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills:
- Experience using ERP systems
- 1+ years working with DMR's/ RMA
- Use of a wide variety of hand measuring tools
- ERP System Experience (Macola experience, a plus)
- Able to perform mechanical precision measuring
- 3-5 years of Quality Assurance or related quality control
- Able to move objects up to 50lbs supported, 30 individually
- Education - Engineering courses or experience in lieu of
- Experience of optical measurement.
- Knowledge of AS9100
