Description:
We are seeking a motivated Research Associate I to join a collaborative scientific team. In this role, you will support laboratory research efforts by executing experiments, analyzing data, and maintaining high-quality documentation in a regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow hands-on experience in research and development.
- Perform routine laboratory experiments using established techniques, assays, and equipment
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data using standard statistical tools and software
- Document experimental procedures and results in a clear, accurate, and compliant manner
- Assist in developing and refining experimental protocols under guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research objectives and timelines
- Identify and escalate experimental issues, deviations, or risks as needed
- Support root cause investigations and contribute to problem-solving efforts
- Prepare graphs, charts, and summaries to communicate findings effectively
- Maintain organized and audit-ready laboratory records
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of laboratory supplies
- Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field (required)
- Basic understanding of laboratory practices, including safety protocols and GLP standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a team environment
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt in a dynamic setting
- Prior internship or academic lab experience
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated or quality-driven environments
- Experience with data analysis tools or scientific software
