Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to support a fast-paced Product Operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience managing product data across ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and Excel.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate product information, supporting product launches and discontinuations, and ensuring data integrity across multiple business systems.
- Create and assign new product/item and catalog numbers
- Enter, update, and maintain product data across ERP systems, databases, and CMS/eCommerce platforms
- Support product lifecycle activities including product releases and discontinuations
- Conduct pricing updates and competitive pricing research
- Perform data cleanup and data quality improvement initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with teams including Product, QA, and Operations
- Support documentation processes such as change controls and non-conformances
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and Excel (must be clearly demonstrated on resume)
- Experience managing large volumes of product or catalog data with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (any field preferred)
- At least 1+ year of experience in data entry, data management, or product data support
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Background in life sciences, biotech, biology, or immunology
- Experience supporting product data in regulated environments
