Job Title: Senior Quality Technician
Pay Rate: $24-$34/hr.
Location: Fall River
Duration: PERM
Shift: M-F 1st Shift- 8am-4pm
Summary:
The Senior Quality Technician is an advanced technical contributor responsible for ensuring conformance of high-performance plastic components to customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. This role builds upon the core inspection and testing responsibilities of the Quality Technician with advanced metrology expertise, data analysis, regulatory knowledge, and problem-solving leadership. Part inspections will entail use of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) hardware and software. Proficient CMM use and programming skills are desirable for the position.
The Senior Quality Technician independently supports complex inspection activities, customer requirements, and quality investigations for aerospace, aviation, automotive and other critical application products. This position also provides technical mentorship to Quality Technicians while serving as a key interface between Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Required:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience in manufacturing quality role.
- Strong experience with precision measuring equipment and advanced inspection techniques.
- Proficient CMM operation and programming skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.
- Experience in engineering grade plastics, composites, or high temperature polymer manufacturing.
- Experience supporting aerospace or automotive customers.
- Training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt), GD&T, or ASQ (CQT / CQI).
- Exposure to automated inspection, vision systems, or advanced data analysis tools.
