Description:
We are seeking a Service Quality Engineer Lead to join a dynamic Global Services organization. In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive quality excellence across service operations by planning, directing, and implementing programs that ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.

You’ll leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership experience to solve complex challenges, influence cross-functional teams, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with quality processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze complex data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive decision-making
  • Develop, update, and optimize standard work, service processes, and systems for improved reliability and repeatability
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Design and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure service precision and accuracy
  • Lead defect detection, root cause analysis, and prevention of non-conformances
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, and Regulatory teams to resolve quality issues and support CAPA activities
  • Monitor key service quality metrics and implement control measures to improve performance
  • Support installation quality improvements, including first-pass yield and reduction of out-of-box failures
  • Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure audit readiness
  • Oversee vendor quality performance and collaborate on resolving discrepancies
  • Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and budgets
  • Drive division-wide quality initiatives and validate improvements through data-driven analysis
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and quality system compliance

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Computer, or related); Master’s preferred
  • 8–12 years of relevant industry experience in quality engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP)
  • Experience with root cause analysis, statistical methods, and quality improvement tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with design controls, inspection techniques, and service/installation quality

Preferred Qualifications
  • ASQ and/or RAPS certification
  • Lead Auditor certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
