Description:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to serve as a key analytical resource supporting business strategy, operational performance, and executive decision-making. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced reporting, dashboards, data modeling, and analytics solutions.
The Senior Data Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to improve business performance across revenue growth, aftermarket services, forecasting, and operational efficiency. This is an onsite role ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, integrate, and analyze data from CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems to support business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and related analytics tools.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators across sales, aftermarket services, inventory planning, and operational functions.
- Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes through demand analysis, forecasting, variance reporting, and scenario modeling.
- Develop analytics around aftermarket performance, including service contracts, parts utilization, customer trends, and lifecycle metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
- Lead analytical projects and communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting (approximately 5 years preferred).
- Strong SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Infor, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel skills and experience building analytical models and reports.
- Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus.
- Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or sales analytics experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).

Additional Details
- Travel: Minimal; occasional travel to regional facilities may be required
- Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports; mentorship of junior analysts expected
