This role within the Parts Team will focus on these main activities:
- Oversee the spare parts work order process, ensuring that materials are allocated appropriately and orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Monitor safety stock levels for all spare part products.
- Participates in strategic negotiations with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of key spare parts orders.
- Develops processes to support the timely delivery of materials and products through the entire supply chain.
- Exhibits a calm demeanor in stressful situations while being adaptable to change and maintaining a high level of customer care, both internally and externally.
- Manages key supplier and third-party service relationships including delivery and quality.
- Enters and reschedules master schedule demand, purchase orders and work orders.
- Accepts other responsibilities as requested by the Parts and Service Excellence, Sr. Manager
- Strong knowledge and experience working in SAP.
- Experience in Order Management
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Ability to negotiate and influence internal stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision.
