Description:
We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious Junior AI Automation Engineer to join a fast-paced, innovation-driven team. This is a newly created role, ideal for someone early in their career who has strong technical fundamentals and a passion for building AI-powered automation solutions.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to design, prototype, and scale intelligent automation workflows that drive efficiency and unlock new capabilities across the organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows and intelligent agents
- Build integrations between AI models (e.g., commercial and open-source LLMs) and enterprise tools, APIs, databases, and collaboration platforms
- Rapidly prototype new automation concepts and help transition them into production-ready solutions
- Test, debug, and optimize automation scripts and AI agents for performance and reliability
- Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Document workflows, tools, and processes to support knowledge sharing and scalability
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., Synapse, Databricks)
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI concepts and toolkits, including:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Tool use / agent-based architectures
- Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic AI, CrewAI, or similar
- Experience with workflow orchestration or ETL tools:
- Open-source (Airflow, Prefect, Luigi, dbt, etc.)
- Platform-based (Databricks Workflows, GCP Workflows, Azure Data Factory, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in automation, scripting, or API integration
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including large language models and prompt engineering
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms
- Basic understanding of cloud environments and version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- This position does not offer visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
