Create, review, and publish technical documentation in collaboration with Definition, Design, Applications Engineering, and other subject matter experts. Deliverables include datasheets, application notes, user and hardware guides, GMSL specification documents, white papers, errata, training material scripts, and related content.

Create, review, and publish technical documentation in collaboration with Definition, Design, Applications Engineering, and other subject matter experts. Deliverables include datasheets, application notes, user and hardware guides, GMSL specification documents, white papers, errata, training material scripts, and related content.
- Document complex technical concepts such standard video interfaces (e.g., HDMI, DisplayPort); serial communication interfaces (e.g., I2C, UART, SPI); audio, Ethernet, GMSL high speed automotive serial links; software code; and debugging procedures.
- Participate in all stages of the documentation lifecycle, including content development, technical review, creation/formatting of diagrams and figures.
- Review, edit, proofread, and copyedit technical documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, conciseness, consistency with engineering principles, adherence to industry standards, and compliance with internal style guides.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and subject matter experts to clarify technical concepts and ensure content is appropriate and understandable for the intended audience.
- Manage document submissions, revision control, and publication using our document control systems.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce documentation standards, including style guides, templates, and best practices.
- Conduct technical research to ensure documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with evolving technologies and standards.
- Improve communication and information flow between sub-teams through clear written and verbal communication.
- Develop and/or recommend systems, tools, or processes to improve documentation quality, workflow efficiency, and content reuse, including contributing to or establishing a Content Management System.
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and provide regular progress updates via email and by publishing live project status (e.g., internal Confluence pages).
- Actively participate in methodology improvement initiatives and automation projects related to documentation and publishing.
- Complete all required internal trainings necessary to perform assigned duties.
